​When Bob Dylan penned his hit song The times they are a-changin’in 1964 he probably had no idea just how prophetic those words would be. Little did he know that a technological revolution lay before the world – a revolution that has changed more aspects of our lives than anyone could have envisaged.

Consumers are now often 60 – 70% through the tried and tested buyer journey before they even engage with a sales rep – and 81% will perform some sort of online research before making a buying decision. By this stage they will have consumed an average of seven to twelve pieces of content.
